Each row says what this suite is designed to support. The status column is the same file as the product pages. This table is not a certificate and not a compliance claim.
Dates follow the public Synaptic Four site: Patient Summary and ePrescription on 26 March 2029, genomic secondary use on 26 March 2031. This demo does not show a person opening their own record. The data is synthetic or public, including a GIAB catalog.
Ferrum's residency audit records data access events but not denied or anonymous attempts.
Caddy writes a JSON access log for the auditor persona: time, method, path, and status. Client addresses are truncated to an IPv4 /24 or an IPv6 /32. Retention is 168 hours, at most 10 MiB per file and 7 files. Badge: plain log file, not tamper-evident.

On this laptop the 500-SNV extract was indexed through Ferrum's file-ingest path. The known SNV chr21:9411239 G>A with assemblyId GRCh38 and start=end=9411239 returned exists true.
